Mrs. Bessie Steele, age 66, of Scottsboro, passed away on Tuesday, January 8, 2019.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 11, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Scottsboro Funeral Home with Bro. Phillip Webb officiating. Interment will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, January 11, 2019 from 12:00 noon until time of service.
Mrs. Steele is survived by her sons, Jeff (Judy) Steele, Bob (Amanda) Steele, Mark Blackburn, and Daniel Blackburn; 4 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; sisters, Gladys Atkins and Rebecca Blackburn; brothers, Charlie Sharp and Danny Watson; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Steele; parents, Floyd and Opal Sharp; and several brothers and sisters.
