A Celebration of Life for Bessie Hayes McKinney, 92, formerly of Decatur will be 11 a.m., Saturday, December 29, 2018 at Gatling’s Chapel Funeral Home in Chicago. She was the first full-time Health & Education instructor at Grambling State University.
