Bertha Snider, loving mother, and grandmother passed away at the age of 93 on September 15, 2019. Bertha was born March 25, 1926, in north Alabama, one of 10 children. She lived in Albertville and the surrounding area until her death. She worked in retail and retired as a Manager of the Eleanor shop; she was well-liked and had many friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Delmer, mother Kate, father James, son Charles, brothers Johnny, Allen, Ernest and Jim, and sisters Mary Lee, Dean, and Edna. She is survived by her daughter Betty and husband Mike, grandchildren Mitchell, Karen, Katherine, and great-grandchildren and many cousins and numerous nieces and nephews. The service will be held on Tuesday, September 17, at 6:00 pm at Adams Brown Service Funeral Home, the family will receive friends from 4:00 pm till time of the service. In lieu of flowers make donations to your favorite charity or the Alzheimer’s Organization/Walk.
