Funeral service for Mrs. Bertha Nell Brackins-Jackson, 77, of Decatur, who passed away September 18, 2013, will be September 24, 2013 at noon, at Newcomb St. Church of Christ. Burial will be in Lindsay Cemetery in Oakville. Visitation will be Monday from 6-7 p.m. at the funeral home. The body will be in the church one hour before service.
