Albertville Funeral Home Downtown announces the death of Bertha Mae Kitchens Goodwin, 99, of Albertville, who passed away Monday, April 27, 2020 at Barfield Nursing Home. Due to the current State Health Department requirements the family will be holding a Private Graveside Service with burial to be in Rock Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Wallace Hayes will officiate. Pallbearers will be Steve Tarvin, Adam Riddle, Boyd Phillips, Wayne Phillips, Brad Parker, Tim Goodwin. Preceded in death by her mother, Onia Olivia Ogle Kitchens, father, Arthur Lee Kitchens, daughters, Myra Jane Taylor, Freda Mae Justice, Mary Gage Ray, sister, Gene Barber, brothers, James Kitchens, Jett Kitchens, grandchildren, Robert Lewis, Judy Ramos. She is survived by her son Norwood Goodwin (Linda), grandchildren, Timothy Goodwin, Bruce Goodwin, Jackie Parker, Secunda Martin, Sherry Tarvin, Shannon Garmon, great-grandchildren, Christy Riddle, Kim Garmon, Ciara Lynn Ray, William Ike Ray, Hannah Garmon, Kayle Sanchez, great-great grandchildren, Bailey Tarvin, Dillon Tarvin, Emmily Tarvin, Fallon Riddle, Zachary Martin, Hudson Goodwin, Sydney Goodwin, Allie Tarvin.
