Funeral services for Mrs. Bernice Goff Long, age 88, are scheduled for 2 PM on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 in the Chapel of Pafford Funeral Home of Scotts Hill with Bro. Danny Addkisson officiating. Burial will follow in Pafford Scotts Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Long passed away on Sunday, December 8, 2013 at her home in Scotts Hill. She was born December 23, 1924 in Scotts Hill, TN to the late Lester and Minnie Minton Goff. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Bernice was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Thomas (R T) Long, two brothers, Robert and Thomas Goff, and two sisters, Hazel Galek and Raymell Alexander. Survivors include her sons, Mike (Rose) Long and Jeff Long, daughter, Pamela Long, sisters; Grace Britt and Mary Strawn. Survivors also include her 5 grandchildren, Stephanie (Lynn) McCarver, Gregory Long (Krystal), Kevin Long (Allyson), Christopher Long, and Kristie (Warren) Long, and 9 great grandchildren.
