Bernice Carolyn Ann Warr, 75, died Sunday, Oct. 21, 2012. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. today at Neal Funeral Home, Lawrenceburg, Tenn. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Scotts Hill Cemetery, Giles County, Tenn. She was a retired Registered Nurse.
