Bernhard Louis Wiesenmaier, age 94, of Huntsville, Alabama passed away on Friday, May 5, 2023. He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Emma Wiesenmaier; beloved wife, Ora Lou Wiesenmaier; son, Thomas David Wiesenmaier; sister, Margaret Wiesenmaier.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Julie Wiesenmaier Shikoh; granddaughters, Morgan and Amanda Shikoh. He is also survived by numerous other family and friends.
Bernhard retired from NASA as an Aerospace Engineer. He enjoyed working on cars. He was excellent at fixing things, usually able to repair things all on his own.
Bernhard was a quiet, reserved, humble man. Prior to his wife’s passing, he was devoted to her every need, ensuring she had everything she desired. He was always there when you needed him, always willing and able to listen. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Our Father Who Art In Heaven Our Father who art in heaven, Hallowed be thy Name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, On earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, As we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, But deliver us from evil.
