Bernard Charles “Bernie” Mollohan – Obituary

Bernard Charles “Bernie” Mollohan, age 62 of Tuscumbia, died Monday, March 4, 2013. His family will receive friends Thursday, 6-8 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home of Tuscumbia. His funeral service will be Friday at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel, with Rev. Henry Melton officiating. Entombment will be in Shoals Memorial Gardens.

Bernie was a native of Charleston, West Virginia and was a veteran of the Vietnam War, having served in the Marines. He was a member of Christian Bikers Association and was preceded in death by his father, Ernest Harold Mollohan.

He is survived by his mother, Garnet Mollohan Wilkes; sons, Dewayne Mollohan and Steven Mollohan; brother, Dr. Ernest Mollohan; sisters, Debbie Kasen and Joanna Mollohan; and grandchildren, Cameron Mollohan, Tristan Mollohan, Zander, and Dakota.

Pallbearers are Ernie Mollohan, Steven Mollohan, DeWayne Mollohan, Paul Guy, Douglas Adkins and Larry Martin.

Memorials may be made to the Christian Ministries Biker’s Association, the Wounded Warrior Project or a favorite charity.
