Berman “Buck” Woods, 83, husband of Dr. Judy Shackleford Shelton Woods, beloved retired educator and father of former Tupelo Mayor Jason Shelton, perished on Friday, August 16, 2024, in Carroll County Georgia, as the result of an automobile accident. Judy remains in the Villa Rica Hospital recovering from her injuries and is expected to make a full recovery. Funeral arrangements as they become available will be announced by Holland Funeral Directors – Tupelo. Please be in prayer for this great family!
