A private celebration of life will be held for Benny Ray Bailey, 70, of Crane Hill. He left this earth Thursday evening, August 6, 2015 at 8:25. He was preceded in death by his parents, DeWitt and Clarene Bailey.
He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Glenda “Pebbles” Scott Bailey. His children included Sandy (Richard) Ripley, Terri Hope Bailey, Benny Ray Bailey II, Jon Bailey, Whitt (Rachel) Bailey, Ginger Bailey, and his beloved dog, Lizzie. His grandchildren included Aaron Morris, Phillip Black, Kalina Bowles, Telia McKelvy, Bishop Bailey, Morrison Bailey, Rhett Bailey, and great granddaughter Lauren McKelvy.
Many know him for teaching the craft he loved as well as living life to the fullest with a smile on his face.
