Bennie Larry McBee passed away at his home in Chattanooga, Tennessee on Sunday, September 4, 2022 at the age 62. Mr. McBee attended Kirkman High School in Chattanooga, Tennessee and Retired from the Chattanooga Times after 33 years of employment. His passions in life were Florida Gator football, NASCAR, poker, gambling trips with family, hunting and fishing.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 8, 2022 from 4-8:00PM at Rudder Funeral Home-Stevenson. Funeral services will also be held at Rudder Funeral Home-Stevenson on Friday, September 9, 2022 beginning at 2:00PM with Brian Winton officiating and interment will follow in the Cumberland Cemetery.
Mr. McBee is survived by his son, Jonathan McBee; father, Bennie McBee; grandchildren, Wesley McBee, Hammy McBee, Rhett McBee, Mark Campbell; brothers, Randy McBee (Deborah) and Garry McBee (Jill); Sister, Diane Wallace (Marshall); Several nieces and nephews; and Larry’s lil buddy, Kayden (AKA, Lil Bobby), and Special Aunt Faye who he called Ma.
