Benjamin Cody Weeks passed on April 6, 2026, at the age of 42. He was born on August 29, 1983. Benjamin was a resident of Cullman, Alabama.
Benjamin is survived by his Mother Delilah Lee Griffith (Mark), Mason Cody Weeks his son and Mason’s Mother Brittney Lee and sister Jaylee “sissy”. Brothers Damien C. Weeks (Holly); Shannon L. Weeks; Jared G. Price ((MaryBeth), Martin D. Price and Reagan Weeks and his Beloved dog Dolly, who was his Loyal Constant Companion, along with a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held Saturday April 11,2026 at 1 PM at Moss-Service Funeral Home Chapel. Due to Ben’s love of Alabama Football, the family requests guests to dress comfortably in Alabama attire. Following the service, the family will hold a reception at Sportsman’s Lake Park, Pavilion 18. In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to be made to Benjamin’s son (Mason Weeks) college fund at.
