Benita Marcella Hunt, age 86 of Paint Rock, Alabama passed away Friday, June 26, 2026 at Cloverdale Manor Nursing Home.
A graveside service will be held at Paint Rock Cemetery, Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at 10:30.
Ms. Hunt is survived by her son, Terry Nathaniel Hastings of Paint Rock; sister, Jenice Summers (Lawrence) of Paint Rock; brother, Mickey Wayne Little (Linda) of Madison; grandson, Shad Hastings (Cheree) of Huntsville, great-grandsons, Trey Hastings (Sierra) of Ardmore, Jonathan Hastings and Jackson Hastings of Huntsville and one great-granddaughter, Realynn Hastings, and great-great grandson, Kozic Hastings; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Eliza Thompson Little; father, James “Jim” Little; brothers, Bo and Fred Little; sisters, Edna Marie Little and Christine Little Summers; son, Jeff Neal Hastings; grandson, Kevin Neal Hastings.
Ms. Hunt loved the Lord and was a member of Clear Creek Church of God and also in latter years Sheepgate Christian Fellowship.
