Benford Lee Roden, of Tuscumbia, passed away on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at the age of 50. His visitation will be today, December 4, 2018 from noon to 2 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Pernell Perkins, Chase Surrell and James Dalton officiating. Burial will be in Roden Cemetery.
Lee was preceded in death by his mother, Dorinda Roden.
His survivors include his father, Carl Roden; son, Jordan Roden (Lora); daughter, Nikki Roden; sisters, Lori Dixon (Brian) and Genia Southern (Terry); aunt, Rita May; niece, Mary Beth Dixon; and nephew, Wilson Dixon.
Pallbearers will be Brian Dixon, Wilson Dixon, Terry Southern, Chris Hannon, Tyler Spann and Ricky Bryant. Honorary pallbearers will be John McClure and Jeff Hannon.
