Ben Wiseman Boswell, age 72 of Winchester, went to be with Jesus on Friday, April 29, 2022, at his home surrounded by his loving family. A native of Franklin County, he was born on September 23, 1949, to the late W.B. and Lydia (Wiseman) Boswell. Ben was the owner and operator of Boswell Machine, Inc. Prior to establishing the machine shop, he coached football at Franklin County High School and Tullahoma High School. A devoted member of Winchester First Baptist Church, he loved to support and serve his community through his church and the local schools. But most of all, he cherished the time spent with his beloved family. Ben is survived by his loving wife, Regina Hatchett Boswell of Winchester; daughter, Brooke Boswell of Hermitage; son, Ben “Bo” (Traci) Boswell of Nolensville; brother, Bob (Tricia) Boswell of Winchester; and grandsons, Turner Boswell, and Weston Boswell. Visitation will be from 11am-2pm on Monday, May 2, 2022, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00pm in the Moore-Cortner Chapel with Bro. Darrel Williams officiating. Interment will be at Franklin Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Shriners Hospitals.
