TUSCUMBIA –Â The Christmas Season officially opened last Saturday at Bell Mont Mansion in Colbert County. A tradition in The Shoals, Saturday’s open house was a festive event featuring period clothing and decorations. A large number of area residents came to engage with a taste of history.

I work for the state agency that owns Belle Mont and need to talk to someone there at the Daily ASAP about use of some of these wonderful photographs.
