Belinda Butler Hamner, 61, of Elgin Crossroads passed away Thursday, December 8th, 2016 at ECM Hospital. She was a member of Crossroads Baptist Church where she loved to attend. She had a sincere loved for all of her friends, going to listen to music and spending time with her grandson, Carson, who will miss his Meme greatly.
Visitation will be Saturday, December 10th, 2016 from 12 – 2 at Rogersville Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow in the chapel with David Cofield and Tim Akers officiating. Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jeffrey Reeves, Kyle Reeves, Bobby Argraves, Jonathan Osborne, Anthony Hollingsworth, Daniel Hollingsworth; honorary, Tony Trousdale, Randy Reeves, Greg Putman, Tim Smith and Bo Howard.
Belinda was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Ray Hamner; father, Bobby Butler; father-in-law, Bruce Hamner. She is survived by her children, Corey (Chrissie) Hamner and Chalee (Juliana) Hamner; grandson, Carson Eli Hamner; mother, Willo Sue Butler; sister, Teresa (Tony) Trousdale; sister-in-law, Diane (Randy) Reeves; mother-in-law, Ella Ruth Hamner; nieces, Terra (Bobby) Argraves and Tamra (Jonathan) Osborne and nephews, Jeffrey (Amanda) Reeves and Kyle Reeves.
The family would like to extend thanks to Glenwood Healthcare and ECM Hospital for their compassionate care. A special thanks to the nurses and staff of 1st and 6th floosr at ECM Hospital.
