Funeral services for Barry Wayne Boshell, age 51, will be today, 3 p.m., at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Alan Compton and the Rev. Danny Holmes officiating. The family will receive friends for two hours prior to the service. Interment will be in Decatur City Cemetery.
Mr. Boshell, who died Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2015, at Huntsville Hospital, was born Dec. 4, 1963, in Lawrence County to Wayne Boshell and Sue Compton Boshell.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sabrina Shea (Whitaker) Boshell.
He is survived by one son, Barry Whitaker Boshell, of Decatur; one daughter, Isabella Boshell, of Decatur; his parents, Wayne and Sue Boshell, of Decatur; one brother, Darrin Boshell, of Muscle Shoals; his grandmother, Doris Compton, of Moulton; and his father and mother-in-law, Jimmie and Betty Whitaker, of Muscle Shoals.
Pallbearers will be cousins.
