Mr. Barry Stanford Howard, 61, passed away Monday February 17, 2020 at his residence. Barry was born in Sparta, TN on September 9, 1958 to the late Franklin Delano Roosevelt Howard and Bonnie Slatton Brewer who survives. He worked for many years as a custodian for the White County Board of Education and was of the Baptist faith. He was also preceded in death by his brother Russell Billings. In addition to his mother he is survived by son; Joshua Steven Howard of Sparta, brothers; Marvin (Michele) Billings of Sparta, Jack (Angela) Billings of Baxter, sister; Patricia Billings and ex-wife Connie Fish. Mr. Howard will be cremated, and a memorial service will be announced at a later date.
