Funeral services for Barbara Marie Reeves LeMay, 43, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, July 3, 2017, at the Midway Church of Christ. David Barker and Phillip Hines will officiate with Parkway Funeral Home directing. Mrs. LeMay’s burial will take place in the Moulton Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held today from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the funeral home.
Barbara, affectionately know as Barb, died Friday, June 30, at her home. She was surrounded by family and friends who had supported her in her ten month battle against colon cancer. Barb was born September 16, 1973, in West Palm Beach, Florida, to Dwight L. Reeves and Penny Leavesley Reeves. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
Barb worked, at one time or another, at all three Decatur branches of the Wolverine Credit Union, as well as the Moulton branch.
Barb was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend, whose spontaneous smile endeared her to many. Her hobbies centered around supporting her children’s academic and athletic teams.
Barb’s survivors include her husband, Timothy Neil LeMay; her son, Zachary Neil LeMay; and her daughter, Taylor Marie LeMay. She is also survived by her parents; her sister, Candy Hensley (Jeremy); her niece, Tori Tillman; and her nephew, Colton Hensley.
Pallbearers will be Aaron Fletcher, Jamie Patterson, Bear Whitlock, Jim Knop, Jeremy Blaxton and Rich Dutton.
The Moulton Tribe Travel Baseball Team will be honorary pallbearers.
