Barbara Jean Waters, age 81, of Vinemont, passed away on Saturday, November 14, 2020, at Cullman Regional Medical Center. She was born April 27, 1939, to Herbert and Nell Parker.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
She was preceded in death by her husband, A.L. “Red” Waters; parents; and nephew, Steve Parker.
Survivors include her sons, Tim (Mona) Hurst, John (Lisa) Hurst, and James Hurst Jr.; daughter, Vanitia Skinner; grandchildren, Tasha (Dean) Young, Ashley Ravani, Trey Hurst, Drew Hurst, Shelby Skinner, Chelsea Barbee, Mallory Martin and Michael Vickers; 10 great-grandchildren; brother, Jerry Parker; nephew, Mike Parker; and a host of great-nieces, great-nephews, family, and friends.
A memorial service for Mrs. Waters will be held Saturday November 21, 2020, at Vinemont First Baptist Church at 12:00 p.m. Visitation will be at 11:00 a.m. prior to the service.
