Graveside Services for Barbara Jean Timbes, age 82, of Lineville, will be held on Thursday, June 1, 2023 at Lineville City Cemetery at 11:00 A. M. with Pastor Mark Smith officiating.
Ms. Barbara Timbes grew up in Huey Town, spent some years in Booneville, Mississippi before moving to Clay County. She was a feisty lady, who had a great admiration for her family. She thoroughly enjoyed the holidays and Alabama football.
Ms. Timbes is survived by her daughter, Kelly Melinda Watts of Lineville; one sister, Ann Vaughan of Lineville; and a number of nieces and nephews, including Tim Huddleston and Tracie Huddleston.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Carl Allen Huddleston Sr. and Naomi Earle Barnwell Huddleston; a daughter, Beverly Kim Watts; and a brother, Carl Allen Huddleston, Jr.
Honorary pallbearers are the staff of the Lineville Health and Rehabilitation Center., and Dr. Buddy Smith.
