Barbara Faye Cook, 81, of Athens, passed away Sunday, July 3, 2022.
Ms. Cook was a member of Latham United Methodist and nurse in Huntsville for 45 years serving at Huntsville Hospital, various doctor’s offices, and Comprehensive Cancer Institute. She was a faithful Auburn football fan.
Survivors include her son, Clark Cook (Kristal); daughter, Leigh Cooper (Gary); twin-sister, Pat Hoeper of Kent, WA; grandchildren: Parker, Carley, Brock, McKenzie, and Faye; niece, Alanna Eillers (Matt) and great-niece and nephew, Tavia and Aaron.
Ms. Cook was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Cook; parents, Thad and Virginia Wilkinson; and step-father, Harold Marks.
Visitation will be Wednesday, July 6th from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Berryhill Funeral Home. Chapel service will be Thursday, July 7th at 12:00 PM with Pastor Chris Martin officiating, followed by burial at Maple Wood Cemetery in Pulaski, TN.
