Barbara Darby, 70, of Huntsville, passed away Monday. Mrs. Darby had a generosity of spirit, and always took people in when they were most in need.
Survivors include her husband, Franklin Darby; children, Christina Hendrick (Michael), Andrea Darby, and Elaine Maxwell (Gary); brother, John Ely; sister, Janet Blanks; and grandchildren, Alex Kearns, Darby Maxwell, Elizabeth Ruiz, Gary Maxwell, Gabriella Ruiz, and Briana Ruiz.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 19 at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church with the Rev. Susan Sloan officiating.
