Our Mom, Barbara Ann Rowland went home to heaven on February 1, 2025. Her long-time health issues are now gone. God gave her complete healing and she is in His presence forevermore. She was a native of Rutherford County her whole life of 72 years.
Her most cherished years were the 25 she spent as a loving wife to our “Pop’s” Larry Rowland.
My sister and I were beyond blessed that God chose her for us. There are not enough words to express the love we have for her and the amazing life she provided us.
As a Grandma and Great Grandma, she loved each of those babies with her whole heart. We were blessed with a blended family, but it only felt meant to be. God gave us all each other to love and care for and she did it so well. She was a second mom to so many. She always made you feel loved and despite her health restrictions, she would always offer to help others. Her family and friends are so thankful for the impact she made on their lives. If you ever needed God to hear your prayers, you could ask her to pray. She had a direct line to God. She wanted to share her faith with others and let them know how much God loved them. Her love for you was fierce.
A graveside service will take place on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at 2:30 PM at the Whitworth Cemetery. The Whitworth Cemetery is located on Link Road in Christiana, Tennessee.
Our family would like to thank you for all your thoughts and prayers over the years. Larry Rowland – Janna Hatcher – Tonya Hallman.
