Barbara Ann Holt McNeal, 78, of Fayetteville, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, June 08, 2025, at her residence in Taft, Tennessee.
She was born on Saturday, January 4, 1947, in Fayetteville, Tennessee to the late Mr. John Marvin Holt and Mrs. Mary Virgie Lewter Holt.
She was of the Baptist Faith and a member of Cash Point Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening and her flowers as well as spending time with her husband and family.
She is preceded in death by her parents, one son, Joey McNeal, one sister, Doris Smith, one brother, Bobby Lewter, three in-laws: Hershel McNeal, Evelyn Newton and Curtis Newton.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Joe McNeal, one daughter; Gina (Darryl) Osborn, one daughter-in-law, Sharon McNeal, one brother, Calvin (Peggy) Holt, one brother-in-law, David (Jan) McNeal, one, sister, Faye Jackson, one sister-in-law, Velma (Don) Steffen, four grandchildren: Hanna McNeal, Houston McNeal & Whittnee, Jayden McNeal, and Jake Pendergrass, as well as two great-grandchildren, Eli and Lock.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM (NOON). A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home in Ardmore, Alabama, beginning at 12:00 PM (NOON) with Bro. Derrick Moose officiating. Burial will follow in New Grove Cemetery, located in Ardmore, Tennessee.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Russell Hill Cancer Foundation.
