Barbara Ann Hargrove Goats passed away Saturday morning, December 5, 2015, at St. Thomas Mid-Town in Nashville. She was born on January 1, 1945 in Pulaski, TN and was 70 years old.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed playing piano and was a member of the Shores Baptist Church where she was a Sunday school teacher.
Visitation will be on Sunday, December 6th from 3:00pm until 6:00pm at Bennett-May Giles County Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be on Monday, December 7th at 11:00am with visitation one hour before in the chapel of Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home with Bro. Keith Couch officiating.
Burial will follow in the Scotts Hill Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James Edward and Sarah Ellen Yant Hargrove, along with her brothers Bobby Dean Hargrove, and Danny Ray Hargrove.
She is survived by her,
Husband of 52 years, Bobby J. Goats of Pulaski
Son, Bobby Goats Jr. and wife Angela of Pulaski
Son, David Goats and Stephanie Henson of Pulaski
5 grandchildren
9 great-grandchildren
Sisters, Francis (John) Brown, Ruth Williams, Stella (Jeff) Adcock, and Nancy (Randy) Holder
Brothers, William “Buddy” (Linda) Hargrove, James C. “Jimmy” (Betty) Hargrove, Larry Hargrove, and Earl Hargrove.
Several nieces and nephews also survived
