Barbara A. Godfrey, 91, of Huntsville, AL passed away Wednesday. She is survived by her husband of almost 70 years, Roy E. Godfrey; two daughters, Pam Lloyd (Bill) and Jan Lee (Steve); two sons, Rick Godfrey (Martha Baker) and David Godfrey (Julia); nine grandchildren, Jennifer Perryman (Rodney), Ken Smith (Jennifer), Katie Roden (Kyle), Anna Sheehan (Luke), Ryland Godfrey, Ross Godfrey (Stephanie), Matthew Godfrey, Molly Bonds (Eric), Benjamin Godfrey; five great-grandchildren, Jacob, Addison, Adam, Benjamin and Hunter; two step-grandchildren; and three step-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son Steve Godfrey.
A memorial service will be held at Monte Sano United Methodist Church on Wednesday, June 22 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation starting at 10:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Monte Sano United Methodist Church.
