Funeral service for Austin Valter Saint, 84, of Trinity, will be Wednesday, October 30, 2013, at 3 p.m. at Parkway Funeral Home, with Larry Duke officiating. Burial will be in Morris Chapel Cemetery.
Mr. Saint, who died October 27, 2013, at Lawrence Medical Center, was born August 19, 1929 in Franklin County. He was a manufacturer and retired from Automatic Screw. Mr. Saint was a member of the Missionary Baptist Church. He loved to garden, travel, and spend time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dave and Myrtle Saint; his spouse, Dorothy Mae Saint; one daughter, Lynn Williams; three brothers, Dossie Saint, Bill Saint, Garvin Saint; one sister, Esther Saint, and one great-great grandchild.
Mr. Saint is survived by three sons, Clyde (Libby) Valter Saint, Andy Curtis (Julie) Saint, Carlton Ray (Tammy) Saint; three daughters, Dorothy Marie (Russell) Giachetti, Linda Pearl (Freddie) Brantley, Nancy Darlene Williams; two brothers, Bobby Saint, Earl Saint; 16 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
