Aurora Chavez Cancino, 82, of Russellville, Alabama, passed away February 9, 2020, at her residence. Born in Mexico, she had lived in the United States for the past 20 years. She was a housewife and a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church.
Visitation with family will be Friday, February 14, 2020, beginning at 5:00 P.M. at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Russellville. Services will be Saturday, February 15, 2020, at 10:00 A.M. with Father Vincent officiating. Burial will follow in Franklin Memory Gardens, Russellville.
Ms. Chavez Cancino is survived by her children: Ramiro Perez Chavez, Celia Perez Chavez, Vicente Perez Chavez, Gustavo Perez Chavez, Rosario Chavez Perez, and Cecilia Chavez Perez; siblings: Manuel Chavez Cancino, Rosario Chavez Cancino, Estela Chavez Cancino, and Elena Chavez Cancino; 26 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Preceding her in death were her spouse Vicente Perez Madrigal and parents Teodulo Chavez Flores and Josefa Cancino Lara.
Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville, is directing.
