Audrey Faye (Spain) Compton
March 23, 1933 ~ August 7, 2022 (age 89)
Faye Spain Compton, 89, of Moulton Alabama, passed away Sunday, August 7, 2022. Visitation will be from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at Lawrence Funeral Home in Moulton.
Faye was born in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee on March 23, 1933, to Lee and Bernice Spain. As an adult, she had a long and successful career as a bookkeeper in both Waynesboro and Lewisburg Tennessee. She loved cooking for family and friends and perfected many delicious recipes. Most of all, she loved her children, grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Spending time with them was her greatest joy.
She will be greatly missed by her five children, Ann Harvel (Dave), Larry Smith (Carol), Lynn Smith (Doreen), Steven Richardson, Charlotte Richardson (Ken) and Joshua Boucher; ten grandchildren, Neely Waits, Adam Norris, Tara Livingston (Robert), Lindsey Hamilton (Alex), Crystal Grgec (Stanko), Raquel Ballard (James), Rey Bryand (Jessica), Faith Pressman (Jacob), Randy Murdock, and Jeff McDonald (Tasha); eight-teen great grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren; and by the nephews and nieces that she loved as if they were her own.
She was welcomed to her eternal home by her daughter, Judy, and many other loved ones gone before.
