  Audrey Denise Ashworth Profile PhotoAudrey Denise “Boo-Boo” Ashworth passed away peacefully on July 21, 2026, at Maury Regional Medical Center, in Columbia, TN.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Cecelia Taylor Stewart; her in-laws, Walter Ashworth and Vera McIntyre; sisters ,Penny Campbell, Tootie White, and Pam Scott; her brother, John Haygood; her nephew, Donald Ray Collins, Jr.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Ronnie “Shorty” Ashworth, Sr.; her son, Ronnie Ashworth, Jr.; her sisters, Patty (Donald) Collins; her brother-in-law, Sam Ashworth; her sisters-in-law, Doris Ashworth and Cynthia Wiseman, who was affectionately known as her “ride or die”; along with several nieces and nephews.

Audrey found joy in the simple things in life. She loved spending time fishing, and when she was relaxing at home, you could almost always find her watching her favorite Westerns, especially Bonanza. Above all else, Audrey cherished her family. She loved them deeply, and the time she spent with those she held dear meant the world to her.

She also leaves behind many special connections who held a special place in her heart, including Susie Turner, Jeffrey Collins, Taylor Turner, Bird and Jhoe Collins, Lilli White, CeCe White, Bobby Ashworth, Amanda Hoffman, Mikey White and Dolly McConnell. Their friendship, love, and support were a treasured part of her life.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Audrey’s life during visitation at Williams Funeral Home Chapel in Mt. Pleasant on Friday, July 24, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. A second visitation will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2026, beginning at 12:00 p.m., with the funeral service following at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Ebenezer Cemetery in Mt. Pleasant. Officiants are Randy McNeese and Danny Grooms.

Serving as pallbearers are: Donald Collins, Jeffrey Collins, Derek Turner, Randall Collins, Stephen Collins, Jerry Estis.

Though Audrey will be deeply missed, her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. May those who mourn her passing find comfort in the many cherished memories she leaves behind.
