Audie Belle Cryer, 86, passed away Monday. Born in Huntsville to Oakley and Audie Cagle, Belle graduated from Butler High School in 1954. Following graduation, she married her high school sweetheart and went to work at Redstone Arsenal. She loved being with family and friends and enjoyed dining out and shopping.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 53 years, Harold E. Cryer, and her brothers, Eugene Cagle, Raymond Cagle, and Harvey Cagle.
Survivors include daughter, Karen Brown (Mike); son, Harold “Hal” Cryer, Jr.; grandchildren, Clint Brown and Sara Brown; great granddaughter, Ryan Grace; and sisters, Dorothy Roper and Imogene Fail.
Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. A graveside service will be Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at Huntsville Memory Garden Cemetery.
