Aubrey Thurl Hopson, age 88 of Nauvoo, passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2022 at Walker Baptist Medical Center.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. at Old Union Baptist Church, funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. Burial will be at Old Bethel Cemetery. Kenneth Sudduth and Ricky Thrasher will officiate.
Mr. Hopson is preceded in death by his Father-Aaron Hopson; Mother-Annie Noles; Sister-Dorothy West.
He is survived by his Wife-Virginia L. Hopson of Nauvoo; Sons-Grady M. Nelson of Haleyville and Aaron A. Hopson of Nauvoo; Grandchildren-Emily and Laura Nelson.
