Athens Man Charged With Child Porn, Human Trafficking And Incest After Search Warrant Issued

ATHENS-On Thursday, July 16 Grady Paul Gaston, III, 59 was arrested and charged with 63 counts including possession of child pornography, human trafficking and drug paraphernalia possession.  These charges come on top of drug charges from May.

Authorities searched Gaston’s home on Squire Run in Athens where he was arrested and charged with 1 count child pornography, 1 count human trafficking 1st degree, 1 count of incest and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The investigation is ongoing and according to authorities there may be additional charges added to those already charged.

Gaston remains in custody with a no bond order at this time.
