MOULTON-The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) released photos Thursday, July 2 from inside the Lawrence County Animal Shelter.
The ASPCA and the Moulton Police Department are investigating allegations of animal abuse and cruelty. The animals will soon be moved to several secure locations for further care and rehabilitation.
