Funeral service will be 12:00 p.m., Saturday, September 23, 2017, at the St. Bartley Primitive Baptist Church (3020 Belafonte Avenue, Huntsville, AL 35816) with Elder Holloway Garth officiating. Interment will be in Meadowlawn Garden of Peace. Mrs. Rice will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time.
Public viewing will be held from 1:00 p.m., until 8:00 p.m., Friday, September 22, 2017, at the Royal Funeral Home, and from 8:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 23, 2017, at the Royal Funeral Home.
