Arvalene Partridge Day, age 83 of Dora, entered into Glory January 11, 2022. She was lovingly known as “Grandma” to all who were blessed to know her. She is preceded in death by her husband Johnny Day; her parents Dewey and Ermie Partridge and several siblings. Arvalene is survived by her son, Randy Day (Christy); daughter, Lisa Allman (Mike); grandchildren, Brandon (Kim), Jason (Carolyn), Amber (Josh); great-grandchildren, Brantly, John-Murphy, Kamryn, Jasey, Ella and Amelia; and several sisters and one brother as well as a host of nieces and nephews. Grandma was a very Godly woman who loved her family and her church family. She attended Bagley Church of God where she taught children’s Sunday School Class until the age of 80. She loved to cook, quilt, garden and care for her family. Her home and her table were always open to anyone. Funeral services will be held Friday, January 14, 2022. Visitation from 12-2pm, funeral service beginning at 2pm with burial following in New Horizon Memorial Gardens. Bro. Tyler Keene officiating.
