FLORENCE-Florence had a busy weekend. Here is a summary of some of the arrests made by the Florence Police Department.
“Serious Calls Lead to Multiple Weekend Arrests:
Shatora Ronike Davis
Shatora Ronike Davis, 28, of Florence was arrested Saturday after her 4 year old son was found abandoned in Wilson Park. According to reports, Davis left the child with a man she did not know and failed to return after more than 3 hours. She was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Bruce Lee Carter
Bruce Lee Carter, 36, Black Male, of Florence was arrested and charged with Robbery 1st stemming from an alleged robbery of an individual in the Carver Heights area of West Florence. Carter is accused of robbing a male and then assaulting him with a pipe.
Eric Jerome Vaughn
Eric Jerome Vaughn, 50, White Male, of Florence was arrested and charged with multiple burglaries including Dandy’s Package Store, S&K Package Store, and Luxury Car Care. Vaughn was identified from video of the burglaries and was additionally charged with Receiving Stolen Property involving a trailer theft in Muscle Shoals. All three individuals are currently incarcerated in the LCDC.
