FLORENCE-The Florence Police Department arrested one man yesterday on Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card.

Here is how the Florence Police Department describe events leading up to the arrest:

“James M Harper, 34 of Florence, was arrested yesterday and charged with Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card and Theft of Property 2nd Degree. He has been released on a $2,500 bond.”
