Arnold Hubert Goodwin 88, of Ardmore, AL died Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at his home.

Born Monday, March 3, 1930 in Hillsboro, AL, he was the son of Joseph Benjamin Goodwin and Mildred Effie Mae Goodwin.
Mr. Goodwin has lived here since 1988, coming from Ohio. He was a Navy veteran and member of Disabled Veterans Association, an avid golfer, hunter, and loved fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Nelda Goodwin Colley; son, Arnold Bruce Goodwin; brothers, William Goodwin and Roy Goodwin; sister, Ora Jean Morris.
He is survived by his wife, Frankie Goodwin, Ardmore, AL; sister, Lucy Zimmerman of Florida.
A Public Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, Alabama from 10:00 AM until 12:00 Noon.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, AL, at 12:00 Noon with Pastor C.W. Turner officiating. Burial will be in Gatlin Cemetery, Ardmore, AL.
