ArlinArlin Albert Glover, 77 of Jones Chapel passed away on March 4, 2013.

He was born on July 18, 1935 in Jones Chapel. Arlin was a follower of Christ and cherished his relationship with God. He attended school in Jones Chapel and went on to be a farmer, dairy farmer, construction worker and cabinet maker. He especially loved gospel singings and watching the plants in the garden grow, and taking care of the vegetable garden for his family.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 6, 2013 from 6-8pm at Nichols Funeral Home in Addison, where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11:00am. Reverend Mackey Watts and Reverend Marvin Bryan will officiate. Burial will be in Jones Chapel Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Dortha Loucille Henderson Glover; son, Timothy Arlen Glover and his wife Linda; daughters, Anita Gail Glover and Julie Darlene Barnett and her husband Robert; brother, Chester Wade Glover; and he was Paw Paw and Grandpa to 5 grandchildren, Jessica Barnett, Stephanie Barnett, Karen (Jamie) Brewster, Rose Gillian and Timothy Arlen Glover Jr.; and 5 great grandchildren, Debbie Brewster, Katie Brewster, Jared Gillian, Whitney Brown and Caleb Glover.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lonnie and Elizabeth Beckie Ann James Glover; and sisters, Charlsey Glover and Gracie Glover; sister in law, Sarah Clyde Glover.
