THE SHOALS – Those folks who know the Arc of the Shoals will tell you that it’s a great place to spend some time. Filled with charming, lovely men and women and staffed by the caring people who serve them, a trip to the Tuscumbia campus makes for a rewarding day.
The Arc serves all of the Shoals communities. The members work in many local businesses and provide a valuable service, while at the same time find themselves in the mainstream of the community in which they live. They are a true asset.
This past Friday, the Arc of the Shoals held the annual awards dinner over at Crosspoint Church in Florence. Members of the Arc staff were recognized for their bountiful service and hard work. And the people that they serve were honored for their service to the Shoals.
