Anthony Wayne (Doc) West of Waynesboro, TN was born August 19, 1955 in Florence, Al, the oldest son of Shirley Faye Dodd West and the late William Glenn West. Mr. West was employed with Emerald’s Restaurant but had worked at Lincoln Brass, CCA, and Walmart.
Mr. West departed this life on Sunday, September 23, 2012 in the comfort of his home in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 57 Years, 1 Month, 4 Days.
He is survived by mother, Shirley Dodd West Riley of Waynesboro, TN; a brother, Randall West and wife, Linda of Cleveland, OH; sisters, Glenda West Francis and husband, Michael of Clifton, TN, Tabitha West Daniel and husband, Stephen of Smyrna, TN; nephews, Chandler and Kincaid Francis, Dakota and Skyler Daniel; niece, Destiny Daniel; a host of other relatives and friends.
Memorial services will be held on Thursday, September 27, 2012 at 6:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors Chapel, Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Casey Jones and Tommy Burke officiating and Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing. Visitation will be on Thursday, September 27, 2012 from 3 pm to service time at the funeral home.
