Anthony “Tony” Wayne Gorham, age 58, of Decatur, died on Friday December 9, 2022.
Tony was an employee of Kroger for 42 years, since he was 16 years old. Everyone who knew him, loved him. He loved his family, especially his nieces and nephews. Tony loved to travel with his friends and eat food from different places. He was a great fan of Alabama football.
Tony is preceded in death by his father, Harold Wayne Gorham.
Tony is survived by his loving mother, Paula Gorham; his sister, Tami Reist and husband Glenn; his niece Jessica Smith and husband Kevin; his great nephew, Gavin Smith; his niece Katherine McCreless and husband Josh, and their children; his nephew Clint Reist and wife Lauren, and their children; his nephew Brad Reist and wife Katie, and their children; and his special friends, Brenda White and Suzanne Sanders.
Funeral services for Tony will be on Wednesday December 14, 2022 at 12 pm in the chapel of Shelton Funeral Home with Bro. Randy Berry officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends on that day from 11am until 12pm at the funeral home.

I am SO sorry to hear this. I still remember playing with him at church. I’m praying for grace, mercy, peace and comfort for all who loved him, but especially to you Mrs Paula.
