Funeral Services for Mr. Anthony “Shane” Campbell, age 37 of Lineville, will be held on Saturday, January 1, 2022 at Benefield Funeral Home in Lineville at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. David Holcombe officiating. Burial will follow at Sardis Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Campbell passed away on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at his home. Born in Clay County, Mr. Campbell served in the National Guard and as part of the military police for a few years. He worked at Truwood Cabinets in the shipping department and was a loving Son and Brother.
He is survived by his parents: Linda Taylor (Alan) of Ashland and Jerry Campbell (Sue) of Sylacauga; one brother, Donald Campbell of Lineville; his grandparents: Martha Evans of Childersburg, Melvin Campbell of Lineville, Alfred Easterwood of Millerville, and Sarah Handley of Ashland; his niece and nephew, Elijah and Emmalyn Campbell, plus a host of aunts, uncles and extended family.
Active Pallbearers will be Josh Hayes, Martin Karr, Robert Mullally, Ben Brown, Len Pilkington, Billy Clifton, Eli Campbell, and Alan Taylor.
His visitation will be on Saturday, January 1, 2022 at Benefield Funeral Home in Lineville from 1:00 P.M. until service time at 2:00 P.M.
