Anthony Jerrell David, 60, died Sunday, June 9th, 2019 at North Mississippi Medical Center. He was born to Ms. Ruth David January 5th, 1959 in Athens, AL. A simple and spiritual man from a large family, Anthony made his way to Tupelo where he worked as a laborer for Blue Springs Metal for the past 8 years. Anthony enjoyed spending time with friends and family and was a passionate fan of Alabama Football.
A Memorial service celebrating his life will be held at 5 PM Saturday, June 15th, 2019 at Holland Funeral Directors- Tupelo Chapel. Visitation will be from 2 PM to service time Friday only. Dress attire for the service is Alabama Crimson Tide casual.
Anthony is survived by his mother Ruth David; brothers Charles, Michael, Patrick and Chris David; his sisters Regina Ogutu, Traci Moore and Debra David; his sons Corey and Chris David; his daughter Allison; many nieces, nephews and cousins and his beloved fiancée Theresa Rainey. He is preceded in death by his brother Eugene.
