Anthony was born to Alvin Louis and Linda Pearl Boyd Brackins on November 7, 1970 in Lawrence County, Alabama.  On Friday, December 20, 2013, he passed gently away from this life in Moulton, Alabama.    He confessed Christ at an early age at Byler Road Church of Christ.  After his marriage to Mirriam Miller, he united with Bridge Builders Church International under the leadership of Pastors Darrius and Alesia Crayton in 2004.

Mr. Boyd received his formal education in the Lawrence County School System and was a graduate of Lawrence County High School Class of 1989.
