Another excellent Helen Keller Festival is in the books – EVENT PHOTOS

TUSCUMBIA – It was almost miraculous the way the weather cooperated this past weekend. The heavy rains and winds that were predicted never materialized. The Helen Keller Festival went off without a hitch, and by all accounts, it was a roaring success.
